Yoga and Motion
Yoga exercises have a relaxing and harmonizing effect and can lessen impact and consequences of stress. All muscles of the body are strengthened and stretched, blood circulation to the organs is increased and waste materials are removed. Additionally, breathing exercises and meditation cause an increasing reflection of the behavior towards fellow human beings and help improving it. According to Indian scripture, Yoga is a state of being in which negative thoughts, feelings, and with this fears, sorrows and doubts are calmed. Through continuous exercise, self-awareness and –confidence, equanimity, satisfaction, and peace are created.
